RE: Teens Favor Inhalants

It is so sad to know that this is still going on. Having teenage brothers makes it even more scary. I had a wonderful friend die at 15 on my Prom in front of his little brother Huffing butain. He died right on the beach from a heart attack. AT 15! It still 13 years down the road tears my heart apart. I don’t understand why they are not teaching children about these types of things all through High school, not just elementary and middle. It continues well into high school. It just breaks my heart that other families and friends will have to experiance the pain we all did so many years ago.

So the kids at it again, huffing toxic chemicals. It seems this often leads to brain damage and death (is this news?).

Your leader goes on to say that they then sometimes (if they live?) move on to “more harmful drugs”… like cannabis.

What is wrong with you people?

A tragic waste of human potential, no doubt. But my comment goes to Fox’ deep and persistent ideological agenda. Do you really think that smoking cannabis is more harmful than ingesting persistent synthetic organic chemicals that disrupt the endocrine and central nervous systems?

Very sad. Fox News is the laughingstock of much of the world. You embarrass sensible and moderate Americans.

I doubt that your censors (sorry, moderators) will find it convenient to print this.

I am sick and tired of this. You say kids sniff glue and then move on to more harmful drugs like marijuana? People die every day from inhalants. One of my best friends died from inhaling canned air. But no one has ever died from using marijuana. EVER!! If my friend had smoked some pot instead of inhaling a stupid “can of air”, he would be alive today.
