I would like to know how these sisters will survive without a stomach? How will they survive without starving, and if they are fed, where does the food go?

Your stomach is only really a holding area for food. Most digestion happens in the small intestines – which is where the food will now directly go when we eat. We both lost weight to begin with but have both now put weight back on and eat normally, just a bit less at each sitting
