One Response to “Daughter’s Kidney Denied For Ailing Mother”

I have read this article and think that the article was very interesting because the woman’s daughter died just before she was going to donat her very own kidney to her mother…. So my question to the hospital that performed the surgery is WHY?? Why did you not respect the family’s decision?? And denouce a dead girls wishes or just let her die and be buried with her organs inside her??

I really didn’t want to be blunt on this topic, please excuse me, but I did get a little upset because if it was one of my family member’s that was verbally promised something so rare and society thought otherwise,,, I’D BE PISSED….

oh, and was there a written document or was it written on the back of her drivers license
that she was an organ donor?? D.Matthews 4/13/08
