Please report on the amazing results of Adult Stem Cell research and all the studies supporting Adult Stem Cell research. To date, I have not read of one account of embryonic stem cell research that was successful. In fact, I have read of terratoma’s, an odd tumor consisting of skin, muscle, sometimes bone being found in the brain after embryonic stem cell implantation.

Why sacrifice embryo’s on research that doesn’t work? Why spend millions of dollars on research center for embryonic stem cells that has been proven not to work, kills small human beings, and not on Adult Stem cell research that has been proven to work and causes no one’s death?

Why is this reported so inaccurately? It seems we have to get our own news by digging for it among our own research.

Sincerely,
Dr. Kathleen Deutsch

The article does not elaborate on whether embryonic stem cells would be destroyed or not. Yes, conservatives typically do not support embryonic stem cell research. However, that research hasn’t produced one single therapy to treat disease in humans. While, adult stem cell therapies have resulted in 73. If Foxnews had to invest their own money, where do you suppose it would go? Adult stem cells 73, embryonic stem cells 0. The case should be closed, but some people are bent on destroying embryos to prove their own hypothesis. No matter the cost in lives and taxpayer dollars.

We must be aware as a culture that any cures developed by embryonic stem cell research will be fruit of the poisoned tree. Future citizens will have to deal with the frightful choices we are creating today. Much as we struggle with the effects of our inability to address slavery at the birth of our nation, we will continue to struggle with the moral implications of allowing life to be destroyed for the benefit of another, no matter how tragic the circumstances. With the gains made in adult stems cell research, etc, there is no reason to continue to pursue the sacrifice of innocent life at the altar of technology.

It is a fact that embryonic stem cell research has had little to no benefits and does nothing but destroys human life. There are way more results from adult stem cells. There is a reason for this. God is not going to bless scientific advancements when it is taking away life…no matter what science “believes.” I know that this is a huge controversy as to when life actually begins but it begins as soon as the egg is fertilized. God is in control of everything on this Earth and while he allows for advances in science and medicine it is only because He has allowed it. I don’t believe that He is going to bless this so-called advancement.
