If the fluid discharged is a carinogen (cancer causing) a man whom has a vasectomy, isn’t this fluid then inside being obsorbed by other organs and then what ??

i would like to know what said poisons are that collect in your prostate, also, i have heard that a large amount zinc is lost when you do this, is the loss significant enough to actually contribute to blindness?
