This study is more of the same government fear mongering. Fact 1: you can’t become chemically addicted to nor overdose on THC. Fact 2: several compounds in the unmodified ‘pot’ plant have been shown to do very good things for your mind and body. Two years ago researchers proved that pot smoking actually made lung cancer apoptotic…(eat itself). Fact 3: the only reason pot was ever made illegal was to push the mexicans out of the country during the depression. Fact 4: the only reason hemp was made illegal was to keep black share croppers from winning huge rope contracts with the Navy during WWI & II.

The only thing this “study” proves is that depressed people are using a natural substance to feel better because all the synthetic crap drug companies are pushing doesn’t work. Come on now America; let’s start prosecuting the real drug lords…those that push pills on society for top profit without actually helping you.

Doubt me? Good! Then answer this question. Why, if natural THC is so bad for you do drug makers make a synthetic version to help people stave off the side effects of treatments prescribed for diseases like cancer and HIV? It seems to me that all we’ve done is made something natural, perfect and God given illegal just to hand it back for as much cash as possible.

Again, why have drugs become readily available for eveything yet no diseases have been cured since Polio!?

When was the last time you’ve ever heard of someone having a heart attack, loose stools, nose bleeds, rashes, joint swelling, feelings of mania, sleep walking etc…from pot?

This is nothing more than BS and fear mongering at a collegiate level!

WITH THE DECRIMINALIZATION OF THIS DRUG IN MORE AND MORE STATES, SINCE 1996 IS THAT THE REASON FOR THE DECREASE, IT WOULD FIT THE TIME FRAME.

DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE STUDIES THAT PROVE THIS INFO. HAS THE SUICIDE RATE INCREASED SINCE THE 60′S. WITH THE LITTLE INFO GIVEN FROM THIS REPORT IT SHOULD HAVE, AND I HAVE NOT READ ANYTHING ABOUT THAT STATISTIC. SINCE MARIJUANA IS THE 3RD MOST USED DRUG IN THE WORLD, SHOULDNT THAT STAT HAVE RISEN STEADILY FROM YEAR TO YEAR. Yes, it’s a huge government conspiracy, every research article ever written that is critical of weed is simply propaganda put out there by big brother to keep you from getting a dime bag and to help sell more Budweiser.

While on the other hand every pro weed article is from someone with an enlightened perspective.

Now go back to sucking on your bong, watching The Flinstones and eating peanut butter sandwiches and you might want to peek outside occasionally to see if the cops are watching your house, word on the street is your a pothead.
