ADHD is a curse and a blessing. The curse is the lack of focus. I have tried Adderall, and a host of other prescribed ADHD medication. all to no avail. i guess Adderall was the best for me. The problem is they are addicting. I have been excersising and watching what i eat. There must be foods out there that can help along with a daily vitamins. The Blessing what an imagination we have. We are the other idiot sevants. Dana M. I cannot leave my full name i am at work..

I don't think its fair to imply that telecommuting is a possible factor in the rise of, supposed, ADHD cases. In fact, I believe that by working from home and integrating my life with my work, (much like a farmer!), I am able to relax more, get to things when I am ready for them, and so on. And I can't imagine why a little multi-tasking would be deteriorating our brains' "super-highway"; perhaps we should see working from home as a major advance in a different WAY of approaching productivity and efficiency (after all, how productive are the hour and a half commutes to the office?).
