I'm a heart patient. I've had this procedure, done on me, 3 times. What' is going on at this hospital??? I had to go through a gazillion check points before any needle or contraption was put in me. Where was the transporter, the nursing staff, surgical techs, Anesthesiologist, and Surgeon, with checking the ID bracelet? Once in the operating room, I had the nurse, surgical tech, Anesthesiologist, and Surgeon, each check my ID bracelet before each starting their functions.
