I GOT HURT IN JANUARY AND WAS HOME HEALING MY KNEE. I WATCHED THE SHOWS(FOX,MSNBC,RACE TO THE WHITE HOUSE.COUNTDOWN ETC NIGHT AFTER NIGHT AFTER NIGHT THE NEGATIVE JOURNALIST NEVER QUIT ON HILLARY,OBAMA COULD NEVER DO WRONG. SHE WAS UNFAIRLY TREATED AND IN MY OPINION HOWARD DEAN AND THE DNC AND THE SUPERDELEGATES CHOSE WHO THE NOMINEE WOULD BE. THESE PEOPLE WERE FAR WORST THAN KATHY HARRIS AND JEB BUSH. I ASK WHY WOULD THEY WANT SOMEONE WITH NO EXPERIENCE OR REAL PLAN INSTEAD OF A VERY FORMIDABLE CANDIDATE WITH 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE. WE SEEN THE ONCE CLOSE FRIENDS OF THE CLINTONS BACKSTAB AND TURN AGAINST THEM,LIKE GOV. RICHARDSON WHO INVITED HIS FAT ASS TO WATCH FOOTBALL WITH BILL AND THEN HE ENDORSES OBAMA AND TELLS THE CLINTONS TO"GET OVER IT" DICK MORRIS, REMEMBER HIM? HE GOT OUT SMARTED BY A HOOKER IN A HOTEL ROOM WHERE SHE SET UP A CAMERA AND HE HAD TO RESIGN FROM HIS POSITION. HE WAS ONCE A CLINTON FRIEND, NOW HE'S A FAT DISGUSTING COLUMNIST WHO DOGGED HILLARY EVERY NIGHT. HILLARY STAYED UNTIL THE END. THERE WAS NO CLIMAX TO HIS GETTING THE NOM. AFTER SHE BEAT HIM IN PEURTO RICO AND WAS SUPPOSED TO LOSE SOUTH DAKOTA. THOSE SUPERDELEGATES KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO VOTE FOR OBAMA AT THAT BOGUS DNC MEETING TO PUNISH FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN; BUT IN THE LONG RUN WE WILL PUNISH HOWARD DEAN AND THE CROOKS AND LIARS OF THE DEM. PARTY. WE DID NOT GET THE CHANCE TO CHOOSE OUR NOMINEE,THE SUPERDELEGATES DID IT FOR US. OBAMA WILL LOSE IN NOVEMBER, I KNOW THOUSANDS HAVE SWITCHED TO JOHN MCCAIN AND HILLARY WAS CLEVER TO GIVE JOHN A 4 DAY WINDOW AND SENATOR JOE LIEBERMANN CAME OUT QUICKLY SEIZING THE MOMENT LAST WENESDAY WITH A PAGE MOSTLY FOR HILLARY SUPPORTERS AND JOHN'S CAMP HAS BEEN GETTING SWAMPPED WITH CALLS AND THOUSANDS OF HILLARY SUPPORTERS SWITCHING TO VOTE FOR JOHN MCCAIN. I'M ONE OF THEM. I'LL DO WHAT I DID FOR HILLARY,DONATE MAKE CALLS TO SEE THAT JOHN IS ELECTED THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. WE ARE NOT GOING TO PUT UP WITH HOWARD DEAN, JEALOUS CLINTON HATERS, NANCY PELUSIO. MCCAIN WILL WIN WITH HILLARY'S CORE SUPPORTERS. NO ONE WANTS AN INEXPERIENCED RADICDAL NON TRUSTWORTHY (REV.WRIGHT,RIKER) NOBODY LIKE BARRACK OBAMA. MAYBE HE HAS SOME MUSLIM IN HIM. I PRAY TO JESUS EVERY NIGHT TO, SO WHAT. TAHT TRINITY CHURCH THAT HE SUPPORTED FOR 20 YEARS, OBAMA KNEW WHAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT. DON'T LET HIM KID YOU. THE SAME WAY HE WAS OVER HEARD SAYING P.A. PEOPLE CLING TO GUNS AND RELIGION . HE'S WEIRD. I'M SUPPORTING THE NEXT BEST AFTER HILLARY AND THAT'S JOHN MCCAIN A WAR HERO. AN AMERICAN WAR HERO AND HE WILL DEAL WITH THE WAR,THE ECONOMY ETC. JOHN MCCAIN IS NO SLOUCH.

I just finished reading the comments here and I am amazed that some of the posters here have the intelligence to get in out of the rain On the other hand, some are in my opinion welll thought out logical arguments.

When did we start voting with our emotions, gender or race and stop using our heads. Logic and the ability to apply adult level discernment; thats whats missing from the arguments on the liberal side. Instead you get hyperbole, name calling and half witted thought processes that stem from a fundamental lack of understanding of law or global strategic power balance based on natural resources. Study your history people and the role natural resources, especially oil, have played in shaping the current world. When you get educated and experience, come back and lets have a debate based on facts. For example:

1. "illegal war" - read the law.
2. "Bush vetoes GI Bill" - read why; it was the pork barrel earmarks attached to it.

Those are just two examples.

"Voting for McBush instead of Obama because you hold a grudge is idiotic. Clinton is a pathological liar."

What a great way to win over the 18,000,000 who voted for Clinton (which is more than voted for obama) to obama's side.

FYI - Fox news was the ONLY news agency that reported Hillary in a positive light. When everyone else was condemning her for continuing to run Fox was asking why people wanted her to quit when they were 52% to 48%.

I am a republican and typically vote in the middle and would have voted for Clinton because she is a woman and so am I. I may not agree with all of her or the D party line beliefs but I do believe she would have accomplished things that are worthwhile to society. She had a lot of real solutions to real problems. At least McCain has valid and workable ideas......if anyone ever bothers to read where each candidate stands on the issues...........the writing on the wall is as plain as my nose. Obama spouts nonsense without actually coming up with a plan. And most of his thought out plans aren't realistic. He, like every elected official, is going to get caught up in our bureaucratic democracy. Clinton and McCain have similar plans that sound reasonable and could possibly get passed as law. What the heck is Obama going to do? Seriously? How is he going to formulate change? Sure.....I can talk all day about how to change something. Actually doing it is a whole lot harder. How many of you would love to be able to purchase your own healthcare with a $5000 tax rebate (similar to the EIC or child tax credit)? I pay $13k out of pocket through my husband's employer right now. We could find a great health plan for $5000 but because tax law allows us to deduct the entire $13k but not the $5k, doing so would be disastrous. I could use that extra $8000 every year.

I love Hillary. I voted for her in the primary. My next vote goes to Obama. I would never in a million years vote for McBush.

McBush wants us to stay in Iraq for a century - or is it until 2013? He made both statements.

McBush mistakenly thought that Iran was training "Al Qaeda in Iraq." However, Iran is Shi'ite, and Al Qaeda is Sunni. Luckily, a whisper in his ear made him issue a correction.

McBush refused to support the 21st Century G.I. Bill this year. He opposed the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. Last year, he voted against requiring minimum periods between deployments.

McBush wants to "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran." Death and destruction aren't cute or funny.

McBush used to believe that waterboarding is torture. Then he decided that it isn't, and, this year, he voted against a bill that would have prevented the CIA from waterboarding prisoners.

McBush opposes a ban on assault rifles.

McBush used to support deficit reduction and oppose tax cuts. Now he supports tax cuts, especially for oil companies.

McBush opposed the farm bill that would help farmers comply with state and federal environmental laws, boost federal research on the fruits and vegetables the region relies on, open new markets for the region's products, and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in school lunches.

McBush opposed expanding the children's health insurance program.

McBush opposes publicly-funded health care, universal health care, and health coverage mandates. Somehow, he believes that competition between health insurance companies will bring prices down.

McBush supports teaching "intelligent design" in public school classrooms. Apparently, he isn't any fonder of science than George W. is.

McBush took a long, long time to "unaccept" the endorsements of John Hagee and Rod Parsley.

McBush chairs the Senate committee that oversees the telecommunications industry. Interestingly, his lead strategist, Charlie Black, lobbies on behalf of telecommunications companies. McBush is still in the pocket of lobbyists.

McBush is anti-choice. He said last year that he wants Roe v. Wade overturned. As president (Lord, spare us), he will most likely be in a position to appoint one, two, or more Supreme Court justices who could overturn Roe v. Wade.

McBush opposes funding for family planning programs. He voted against requiring insurance coverage of birth control. He didn't support legislation that would help reduce the number of unintended pregnancies and the need for abortion.

McBush opposes a federal minimum wage.

Don't vote for McBush!

We Americans feel so blindsided by politics that we do not know who or what to believe anymore. We hear the rehtoric from all sides. The devisiveness that was displayed on the Democratic party side should give a clear indication as to the extent of how diryt politics can get. Republicans threw very little mud and those that lost graciously bowed out. No name calling, no "racist statement", or even anything along the gratuitous personal attacks that were leant during the Democratic campaign. As a Veteran of over 20 years service to this country, it is sad that we would vote for a person, and I mean Obama, that neither has any military experience, foriegn policy experience, nor the fortitude to accept the reality of this world. So supporters can you honestly and without trepidation, tell anyone what accomplishments either Obama or Clinton have for this country? No you can't. Albiet he may not be a "professed muslim". The fact that he attended a madrassa should give ALL non-muslim Americans a reason for pause. This is fact not something that a "Republican" made up. Check your facts people and then blame yourselves for not educating yourselves as to the minimal choices we have. McCain has been around longer and more visible than Obama. As to Clinton, he experience? What, her husband was a sore embarrassment for this country and even the Democrats did not want another Clinton back in the Whitehouse. Ask Peolsi, Dean, Durbin and the rest of the "gang". They wanted neither, but now they are stuck with Obama to support or let wither on the vine of inexperience. I am sure thos that have his back would jump to the front, but those that know him well, are the same ones that are showing his true colors and they are not pretty! Once a socialist always a socialist. Elite is not the word for him, it should bew referred to "comrade" more often than not. McCain earned his way into American politics and gave more than Clinton or Obama would even dare to give. They are the elitists. McCain is not prefect, but he is honest. He did not fire people that he had not authority too either. Nor did he have a preacher that espoused hatred. American regardless of your politics, please check your facts and decide for yourselves and not do it blind!
God Bless America

Albiet he may not be a “professed muslim”. The fact that he attended a madrassa should give ALL non-muslim Americans a reason for pause. This is fact not something that a “Republican” made up. Ask Peolsi, Dean, Durbin and the rest of the “gang”. They wanted neither, but now they are stuck with Obama to support or let wither on the vine of inexperience. I am sure thos that have his back would jump to the front, but those that know him well, are the same ones that are showing his true colors and they are not pretty! Once a socialist always a socialist. Elite is not the word for him, it should bew referred to “comrade” more often than not.
