This lady is rediculous. Exactly like the hot coffee/McDonalds incident (as previously mentioned). I saw her on the today show and her eye looked just fine! And it was awkward that they even had to show the undies on tv. Geez.

the courts should through this right out…..just like they should have thrown out the hot coffee burn from the women at mcdonalds….if the courts did then there would be less crap like this clogging up the courts….judges smarten up will you……..
