		<description>For my family&#039;s 4th of July cookout, I made stuffed jalapeno&#039;s for the first time and they were fantastic.

I cored them out using the handle side of a spoon since I left my chile corer at home, which removed the seeds and the ribs. I stuffed them with low fat cream cheese and clemintine wedges and then wraped each with a half-strip of center cut bacon.  They cooked up in around 30 minutes.  That&#039;s good eating.</description>
