Todd-- I'm glad I came across your comment. You absolutely can be allergic or sensitive to your own sweat. I was, and it was pretty miserable! Then a couple years ago, I read an article in Woman's World magazine that mentioned acupressure-based allergy elimination. I was skeptical at first, but I checked it out and found a licensed NAET practitioner locally. Let me tell you... it may sound unusual, but it works! The procedure is easy, and the results are permanent. I eliminated many allergies, and feel better than I ever have before in my life! I've written a book about my experience, which includes an easy, step-by step guide for anyone who would like to learn how to eliminate their own allergies. For more info, please visit <a href="http://www.allergyzapper.com" and send me an email and the address on that site if you have any questions. Good luck and blessings to you.

Todd- I'm so glad I came across your comment. You absolutely can be allergic or sensitive to your own sweat. I was! I had itching and swelling and runny nose and acne-type breakouts when I would get overheated. Antihistamines didn't help. Then a couple years ago, I read an article in a women's magazine that mentioned acupressure-based allergy elimination. It sounded too good to be true, but I found a licensed NAET professional and found out the treatments really do work. They are easy, and the results are permanent. I eliminated my sweat allergy, along with many others. I feel so much better and have more energy than ever! I've written a book about my experience, including a step-by-step do it yourself acupressure technique for allergy elimination. I hope you'll check it out at http://www.allergyzapper.com and click the link on that website to email me if you have any questions. Good luck and blessings to you!

Is it possible to be allergic to your own sweat? I brake out in hives after getting too hot and the itching is awful. Antihistamines offer little help and the only thing that does is prescription steriod creams or shots.
