Actually I&#039;ve read many studies that the bad carcinogens only adhere to poor choices (fattier) meats (red meats that are marbled etc). You have to grill lean reds, fish or chicken with all skin of fat off (chicken breasts). And when you do have the nice lean red meat, to moisten you can use a low fat, healty choice of marinade.</description>

While some of your suggestions have merit, you are leading the public down the wrong path in many situations for the sake of pushing a trendy diet.  While this may or may not be done so intentionally, you have an obligation to review the literature and scientific studies before irresponsibly putting forth ideas that will only harm those who adhere to them.</description>
